I don't understand how this works, but it does - it was a little creepy at first, it seemed like my cat's personality changed. i only use it when he needs to travel or when i clip his nails, but it works very well.

Unfortunately, it didn't work with my cat, but I can't say whether the product itself doesn't work or if her case will only be resolved with medication. She is very nervous; I tried this collar before taking her to the vet. The positive aspect was that it's a very comfortable collar, my cat adapted quickly, it just didn't work to calm her down. It comes in a sealed package and is easy to put on, but it has a slightly strong initial smell.

I don't notice that it calms my cat at all. Additionally, it has a very strong smell that ends up bothering me while breathing inside the car. And after wearing it for a while, even if I take it off my cat, the smell stays in its fur for several hours.
